Business plan review
From Our Toolkit
Business plan review
Once you have your business plan in place it is good practice to build in an annual review and update. This is a good opportunity for the governing body to review the mission, vision and values of the organisation, to take into account any internal changes within the organisation or external influences, to update any comparator research within the plan, to re-assess the risks and to update the action plan.
