Writing an Audience Development Plan
From Our Toolkit
Once you have started to collect data about your visitors and gather information from external sources the next step is to bring all the research and information together in an Audience Development Plan. In doing this you will be able to capture where you are now and use this information to create an action plan to inform activity to develop new audiences going forward. You can tailor your plan to the size, capacity and future plans of your organisation
