Collection strength around rugby union: programmes, photographs, administrative records, include Gala RFC, Hawick RFC, Jed-Forest RFC and Selkirk RFC, and junior clubs Hawick Linden and Hawick YM, and Big Sheets (750 approx) used by Bill McLaren, commentator (date span 1885-c.2006). Some cricket records, scorebooks, photographs, include St Boswells, Coldstream, Hawick, Innerleithen, Jedburgh, Kelso and Selkirk Cricket Clubs (date span 1893-c.1985). Some Curling and Horse-racing records (19th-20th Centuries).
