Museum & Tasglann nan Eilean
Museum and Tasglann nan Eilean is the local authority Museum and Archive Service for the Outer Hebrides with archaeological, social history and archive collections.
The service has two museums, one in Benbecula and one in Stornoway along with an Archive reading room. We hold a small selection of material relating to the sporting life of the Outer Hebrides. The collection dates mainly from the 1900s up to the present day and consists of photographs, written materials and equipment.
