After years of covering national and global sporting events, it is unsurprising that the Guardian News and Media (GNM) Archive holds a number of sporting records. Descriptions of all our catalogued records are available through our online catalogue.

Of particular note is the Tom Jenkins photography collection, and sports photographs in our Guardian and Observer fonds (there are relevant Observer prints and negatives as well as prints and negatives from the Guardian).
