Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust
The Hull Kingston Rovers Community Trust’s Heritage Project seeks to preserve, protect as well as display the archive of the Hull Kingston Rovers Rugby League Club whilst undertaking research into the development of Rugby League in Hull and District area.
As part of the Heritage Project, the collection includes matchday programmes, historical photos as well as club memorabilia in the form of shirts, caps and trophies. Our collection dates back as far as the 1920s, whilst documenting earlier periods of the clubs history dating back to 1882.
Funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund, the Heritage Project is also developing a volunteer programme, a schools programme as well as a community programme including a mobile museum, all of which will lead to our heritage being at the heart of our club and the local area.
