The Castleford Tigers Heritage Project: linking the past, present and future
This is a community based heritage project creating a cutting edge virtual museum, celebrating the rich culture of Castleford Tigers RLFC.
With the benefit of funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund Tigers Trust, the charitable arm of Castleford Tigers, and One to One Development Trust are creating a ‘virtual museum’ to house artefacts and memorabilia sourced through the heritage project. The virtual museum will also include video extracts, audio and interactive areas.
First virtual museum
The museum will bring the heritage of the Club alive for new audiences as well as creating the first virtual museum for a sports club.
