The Anfield Bicycle Club, formed March 1879, is one of the oldest continuously active cycling clubs in the world. In 2013 the Heritage Lottery Fund awarded the ABC a Grant to conserve and share the collection, and to deposit the original records with Cheshire Archives and Local Studies.
