Between May 2018 and April 2020, Sporting Heritage worked together with another sector support organisation, AMOT - the Army Museums Network, to deliver Sporting Heritage and the Armed Forces.
This project served to commemorate the end of WW1 by developing a range of local partnerships aimed at uncovering, sharing, and celebrating collections with a focus on sporting heritage and the armed forces.
Lynda Powell and the Green Howard's Museum project managed the programme of activity.
