This flexible assembly resource for Key Stages 3 and 4 uses the story of two school friends, now Premiership Rugby stars at Worcester Warriors Women, Cara Brincat and Carys Cox to explore a series of themes in relation to the history and development of the women’s game.

A brief history of Women’s Rugby is provided by Dr Lydia Furse.
