Accessible Sporting Heritage

This piece of work aims to provide both Sporting Heritage and the wider sector, with a clear understanding of the range of disabilities, both physical and neurodevelopmental, which may affect the ability of audiences and potential volunteer or workforce members, in accessing sporting heritage.

The programme will not only ensure that the outputs of Sporting Heritage activity are more accessible, but will ensure that a strategic approach, training, best practice case studies, and ongoing support, will be provided across the sector.
