Whitewater rafters on River Dee, Llangollen Sporting Heritage CIC
In 2024, Paddlesport UK commissioned Sporting Heritage to explore how it could better protect, preserve and share the sport’s heritage.
The findings of the research demonstrate that there are many collections held across the UK, by different organisations and individuals, with many still to be discovered and recorded leading to a large potential for long-term loans and donations in the future. There are several steps which should now be considered to move the project on to the next stage.
