Real museums across the UK are closed this February half term, so why not build your own? This new activity, which is part of the Hidden Histories Illustrated project, includes templates to cut and stick a mini paper museum with it’s very own visitors.

A range of organisations from The British Golf Museum, National Football Museum to the National Paralympic Heritage Trust have contributed an array of sporting photos and items from their collections to be illustrated and linked to the themes of the project. These include Troy, the ceramic horse from the National Racehorse Museum to the Women’s World Squash trophy from the World Squash Library.

With a little glue and scissors, print out the templates and follow the video instructions to create your 3D sporting museum. See the blue information page to find out more about each object in the museum.

Download the templates and information page below (large print version included).
